Update: This issue of the submission form crashing has now been resolved

Actually basically all regular submitters reported this to me 🤦‍♂️

I somehow thought this was a caching but to do with the submit page not removing stale caches. But it turned out to be an actually persistent bug that'd only occur some times. I have found one instance where the code was definitely wrong and so my hope is that it fixed it.
