@attestate/kiwistand v0.5.0 released

This is a changelog for @attestate/kiwistand, a Kiwi News node software, covering versions 0.4.0 through an unreleased 0.15.0. The latest release, 0.15.0, changes trie sync so that each frame is capped at 1 MiB, with maxDataLength set to 2 MiB, rather than letting one message grow with the tree. It bumps the pubsub topic version to 12.0.0 and the protocol version to 15.0.0, and the changelog says all nodes must upgrade together because a 15.0.0 node will not sync with a 14.0.0 node. Earlier entries include 0.14.0, which added text-only posts through data:text/plain URLs with a 2048-character limit, and 0.12.0, which removed the Kiwi Pass NFT-based access control in favor of delegation-only access.
