@df: Merkle team treated third party devs with contempt during frames process

A commenter says the Merkle team treated third-party developers with contempt during the frames process, based on their own experience. They report that the team gave no definitive or consistent answer about integrating for months. The clearest indirect answer came when Varun sent the "frames early draft" for feedback about 48 hours before launch, following the protocol process via an FIP. The commenter says they are not claiming anyone said they would integrate.
