@jinglejamOP: Optimism over-hired without strategy, now refocusing on OP Stack

Optimism's co-founder Jinglejam (@jinglejamOP) says the organization over-hired without a clear strategy, relied too heavily on tactics such as launching Base, Ink, Unichain, Worldchain and Soneium, and is now refocusing on the OP Stack. He says the organization has parted ways with many teammates, re-unified execution under a single entity, and rebuilt its engineering and enterprise sales teams. The stated goals are to build scalable financial infrastructure, bring enterprises and their assets onchain, and maximize the productivity of those assets. He argues the OP Stack will beat competitors such as Solana, Tempo, Arbitrum and Avalanche in enterprise deals.
