Since Google is practically unusable without Reddit results, it's a reasonable move (but not good for the rest of the search engines ofc). Wondering how much Reddit will get - first, they made a deal with OpenAI to train their models on Reddit's content, and now this deal with Google. I guess this is the fate of a public company - they need to make money.

True for Google, it seems sensible but in terms of Reddit and eventually end-users this level of power in one company seems not that great haha
