I hope kiwi applies! So, our approach to Gitcoin Grants is a bit different than most projects. We tried Gitcoin about 8 months ago, spent a lot of time promoting it, and raised around $1,000. Given the time and effort we invested, it wasn't much. So, since we have a way to monetize our project (via NFTs), we'd rather see people mint our NFTs instead of sending us money via Gitcoin. This means that our goal with Gitcoin would be to promote Kiwi among potential readers and curators. Since Gitcoin is popular among people who are in crypto 'for the right reasons', we might have a good product-audience-fit there. So if someone sends us money, it's nice, but it's not the primary goal :) | |
