I am wondering why government ID KYC is required to write words about decentralized apps on the internet?

You can write without an ID but our governments and tax officials aren't happy when we send money to anons.

I disagree practically and philosophically. Practically, In the European Union, there is no requirement for documents to be collected on foreign remote contractors selling services to you. If the other side of the party is Anonymous, it’s perfectly legal to submit this as a private citizen and then the outside the EU VAT must be paid. So if someone is willing to pay the VAT, there is no legal reason to require ID. I personally would be willing to work under this VAT payment condition and I have paid it many times before with European Companies. Philosophically, The reason for encryption as identity such as using Ethereum to sign content and ENS tags, is to create a new system. Kiwi is gasless, and doesn’t spread messages to other instances or across the web. So if there’s no censorship resistance, then what is the purpose? Why should someone pay money for a Kiwi NFT and risk a malicious metamask hack? When you sign messages, there’s the risk of misreading it. Well, there is a purpose, that purpose is encryption as identity, to own the concept of who one is outside of the other systems such as KYC. That’s why I am here.

But where I said that ID is required? In the announcement we mentioned 'Basic KYC' + receipts, where basic KYC means using your data in the receipt/invoice :)

ok thanks for clarification
