Wow, I saw the statement of Johansson‘s publicists and this is so crazy. I actually agree with the consent portion there. I think you should reserve the rights to your bio data. Yet with SJ, it‘s tricky because I imagine her person is somehow also part of the public memory I agree. That's an extremely problematic side to generative AI - before now, it was always hard for you to be replicated, and so was easier for you to own our own persona. The seeds to this discomfort actually began with CGI renditions of Grand Moff Tarkin and the wave of deceased actors. Regulations are going to be very imp here.
