If we are to build a better internet, we should think outside this extremely small bi-coastal bubble. The internet of today is a lot larger than the party scene in NYC and LA. IMO this is very true. I also think the crypto space can‘t really be advertised as these people‘s bi-coastal social prestige hierarchy game, because it excludes a TON of people who we are building for, not found in these circles. A lot of mainstream crypto adoption rn is actually really unsexy and not „New York“ or „Californian“ at all, and our messaging needs to reflect that as otherwise people will become cynical of what we‘re promoting.
