I was deeply moved by this article. Although he didn't use any words to elicit sympathy, simply narrating his experiences in a straightforward manner, these words, some of which even leaned towards technical jargon and seemed so cold and emotionless, were nonetheless so touching. They allowed people to see the charm behind open source. Open source doesn't help any specific individual, yet it helps everyone.
