Consensys Sues the SEC to Defend the U.S. Ethereum Community

Consensys and the SEC have agreed in principle to dismiss the securities enforcement case concerning MetaMask, pending Commission approval, according to Consensys. The SEC would file a stipulation with the court that effectively closes the case. Consensys says its lawsuit against the SEC caused the agency to drop its Ethereum investigation, and it credits Matt Corva and its legal team for the work.
