Flywheel v1.0 Litepaper, part 2

Flywheel is a Web3 advertising protocol from Spindl that proposes combining an ads buy side with permissionless distribution for protocols such as Layer3 and GMX's referral program, using only onchain data. The litepaper argues that questing platforms and referral programs are limited by their own websites and that referral programs rarely scale on their own. It cites CoinGecko as the biggest referrer on the GMX program, with $750k in referral revenue to date on Arbitrum alone. The protocol is slated to launch in late August or early September, while the ad system is already live but only partly onchain.
