Really liked this one. This read very similar to Daniel Kahnemann or also Popper, just refuting some common fallacies “…That is a huge number of much happier and more fulfilled lives.” Isn’t that what it’s all about? To me personally I believe that fulfillment should come before any instance of happiness lest it be as fleeting as brief gust of wind. I’m not finished with the article yet, but why not call a galaxy brain resilience/resistance, as there are applications and uses for/against and use those interchangeably as you construct your argument for and against them? I feel it would flow a lot smoother for readers? …I’ve now finished reading most of it and the only thing I’d have added is that the Bay Area metal scene has come and gone. Haha. Cheers! | |
