Hey, I wrote this. A few words: As some of you may have noticed, we haven't done that much work on the product itself, and rather, we used the time recently to be more active at events (Farcon) and to promote our mission, vision, and product on social media (I tried doing that). We've done this because we think that we really went from 0 to 1 with the product, and we think that the product now needs more users, not more features. The point of this document is to "clean up" communication internally, meaning that in the future, communication will flow more orderly and not merely as a function of everyone's spontaneity. The point of the directive is that, if you really don't know how to communicate, then the document gives you the necessary direction to align yourself. You can, of course, join us in implementing this directive, but it is voluntary. The point here is to describe a model that will then hopefully find adopters and spur the project's growth!
