So do I understand correctly that at the moment the EF employees get paid both by the EF and Protocol Guild? And in the long run the idea is to dissolve the EF and have their salaries covered by Protocol Guild only?

I'd also love to get some clarity on this. I gotta say that it's also somewhat counter to what I believe the incentive of a non-profit (like the EF) should be, or Am I mistaken? My understanding is that if I work as an employee for a non-profit then I work "not for the profit, but to advance the mission of the organization," right?

But what happens if we have a non-profit where its employees work to advance that organizaton's mission, but then they also get paid even more (?) through another actor?
