Retraining Neynar User Score Algorithm

Neynar has retrained and updated its user score model to better reflect how the Farcaster ecosystem has changed, particularly with the rise of mini-apps since the score launched in November. The new model improves detection of spam bot networks, including those using sneaky tactics or generating LLM slop, and better recognizes genuine users who mainly engage through mini-apps. Most active accounts will see no change or a change of less than 0.1, while about 20% will rise by 0.1 or more and about 30% will fall by 0.1 or more. All account scores will be recalculated over this weekend, and users are asked to report scores that seem incorrect.
