Trump Media Files To Launch Bitcoin And Ethereum ETF

Trump Media & Technology Group has filed a registration statement with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission to launch the Truth Social Bitcoin and Ethereum ETF, which would directly hold Bitcoin and Ether at an initial allocation of 75% Bitcoin and 25% Ether. The fund is expected to trade on NYSE Arca once approved, with Crypto.com as exclusive custodian and Yorkville America Digital, LLC as sponsor. The company stated that the launch is pending effectiveness of the registration statement and approval of a Form 19b-4 filing, and that the shares cannot be sold until the statement becomes effective.
