Welcome to ArtBase Anthologies

Rhizome has announced ArtBase Anthologies, a monthly series of presentations on born-digital art and culture, made possible with support from Teiger Foundation. Each edition will present either a comprehensive survey of an artist's work, a snapshot of a historical moment, or a thematic curation of older or recent works. The first edition presents early works by Auriea Harvey and Entropy8Zuper! (Harvey and Michaël Samyn), beginning with entropy8.com (1995), and is curated with Regina Harsanyi alongside Harvey's survey show at Museum of the Moving Image (MoMI). The works can be viewed in emulation on an exhibition microsite, where Dragan Espenschied and Rhizome conducted conservation.
