wake up babe new passkeys extension just dropped

WebAuthn PRF support for passkeys varies by platform, browser and password manager, according to a compatibility table. Platform passkeys are fully supported on iOS 18 and iPadOS 18, and on macOS Sequoia 15.4 or later with iCloud Keychain enabled, while Windows Hello on Windows 11 24H1 is marked unsupported because Microsoft has not enabled the PRF code path. Chrome and Edge desktop from version 128 and Chrome on Android from version 130 have PRF on by default, and Firefox 114 and later supports it only with a hardware key such as a YubiKey. Dashlane, Proton Pass and Enpass are listed as having no PRF support yet.
