That's a very intriguing idea. First, I've had many unanswered data-related questions, so I'd happily test this service. Secondly, I really liked Quora, but its quality went down heavily, so maybe the paid & narrowed version (blockchain data experts vs. all questions) might work. Thirdly, using Farcaster as a distribution channel might work really well.
