"Every computer is going to work this way. You can't argue about that anymore. You can argue about how long it will take, but you can't argue about it anymore." Such a beautiful phrase. Sometimes, when you work on the UX, you feel like you spin around in circles and can't find the right flow. But when you get there, it feels so obvious and intuitive that it's less like you invented something and more like you discovered some natural pattern of human beings. I felt this click when I first used the PC's GUI & mouse, MacBook's touchpad, and smartphone swiping.
