There's Gitcoin Passport that's doing a decent job here - especially connecting the Coinbase account reuses the KYC work that has been done to verify a person.
There will never be a way to distinguish between a person who has created a bot to emulate themselves and the person themselves. Now especially since we can have 3d AI avatars that speak and respond like we do.
Wondering how many corporate workers who spend way too much time on the meetings would create bots to take these meetings for them :)
