I read this and I thought it was so incredibly mid. Like what says top CEO about that? Forecasting that millennials will take over the economy and speaking to them - wooow - insane game plan.

To me the interesting part was not the insight that millennials will take over the world, but the consistent game plan they want to follow. Working on policies with millennials in mind, even though boomers are still in power. Focusing the product on serving millennials when their competitors (primarily TikTok) go after Gen Z. And programs focused on serving millennial problems (lack of housing/debt) plus Zuck philanthropy being moved in that direction. So I like it as a textbook example of strategic thinking that follows the template: Diagnosis/Guiding Policy/Set of Coherent actions.

In 10 years the world will be much different, that’s for sure.
